For about ten years, I’ve shared my handmade art through Etsy and Amazon Handmade. Those platforms were a helpful starting point — they gave me a place to show my work, meet new customers, and learn what it means to run a tiny creative business in a big online world.

But over time, something shifted. The more I created, the more I realized how personal this work is to me. Every piece I make begins with my imagination, and my love for the materials I use. I’m making real art, and I’ve reached a point where I want the way I share my work to feel just as personal as the way I create it.

That clarity has been growing for a while. The rising fees, the constant image requirements, the disappearing listings — all of those frustrations nudged me toward a truth I’d been circling: I need my own platform.

So I’m making a change that feels right. From now on, I’ll be offering my work directly through this website, (pattiarnold.com) and through my social channels.

This shift feels like opening a door to a quieter, more intentional space — one where I can share new pieces without worrying they’ll be hidden. This website is a place where my art can simply be itself.
